Update Details

• Data updates for monsters and reward items in preparation for upcoming campaigns.
  Further details will be announced separately.
• For accounts that have been subject to long-term usage restrictions,
  items held by their characters and storage will be revoked and returned to the item pool based on the issuance cap.
• The item required to learn the title distributed as part of the Christmas Screenshot Contest
  was only delivered to either the Japan region or the Singapore region.
  This maintenance will grant the item to the corresponding account in the other region as well.
