[July 25] Regarding Issues Due to Update Impact

Thank you for using GensoKishi Online.

Since the update on July 25, 2024, we have identified two issues. These will be fixed in the next maintenance, so we ask for your patience until then.

① Issue with Sound Effects During Casting

We have identified an issue where the sound effects during skill casting may continue to play intermittently. If you encounter this problem, please go to Menu > Settings, turn the sound effects OFF, and then turn them back ON to resolve the issue.

② Rendering Issue on the Character Selection Screen for Some Devices in the Google Play App Version

We have confirmed an issue where the screen may become distorted when returning to the character selection screen after transitioning to the new character creation screen on some Android devices. If you proceed to select a character and log into the game, the screen will return to normal, so please continue to play as usual even if the screen becomes distorted.
