Update: Our status regarding customer inquiries

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in responding to your various questions and requests. We have reinforced our user support team and have responded to all inquiries we have received by March 24th, 2023, with the exception of the appeals against account bans.

As for inquiries received after March 25th, 2023, we will respond accordingly, and we kindly ask for your continued patience.

We have received a large number of account ban appeals and are currently unable to respond to all claims. The top two reasons for account bans are:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using BOTs to play
Please be aware that the admin team have the capability of detecting the accounts that correspond to the reasons above. We have received many false appeals requesting their bans to be lifted, but we will not lift the bans nor engage with these users.

For players who have not engaged in any fraudulent type of gameplay and have not yet had their account ban lifted, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you.
