Regarding Item Drop Rates in the Game

We are aware that there have been some comments from our community regarding the possibility that item drop rates in the game may differ between SG and JP regions.
Please be assured that the drop rates are set to be the SAME in all regions.

We understand that there may be disappointments amongst players if items do not drop after defeating monsters.
However, please rest assured that the drop rates are set exactly the same in all regions. 

Drops are random. Drops vary with level, monster, timing, item, and many other factors. We hope from our hearts that our kinghts understand that there will be times where the probability differs. Somtimes slim and of course sometimes more.
