■ Release of PvP-Exclusive Map: "Sky Arena"
We are excited to introduce the new PvP-exclusive map, "Sky Arena".
The "Hikone City" map, originally designed for sightseeing purposes, received feedback that its structure made PvP combat difficult. To address this, the Sky Arena features a symmetrical design optimized for combat while also ensuring an environment conducive to spectatorship.
Features of the Sky Arena Map:
1. Entrance NPCs
- Four entrance NPCs have been added, located in Elrond Shopping District and under the Aurora Vision next to the Museum.
- The NPC you select determines your player's attributes within the arena.
2. Entry Types and Indicators
- Spectator Entry
- Player names are marked with a yellow square.
- Spectators cannot participate in combat and cannot be targeted by combatants.
- PvP Entry
- Player names are marked with a red square.
- PvP entrants can only attack and target other PvP entrants.
- Team A Entry
- Player names are marked with a blue square.
- Team A members can only attack players from Team B.
- Team B Entry
- Player names are marked with a pink square.
- Team B members can only attack players from Team A.
Tip: To better identify players, enable the "Display Player Names" setting before engaging in battles.
Unique Rules in the Sky Arena:
1. Combat Adjustments
- Player damage is reduced to 1/10 of normal calculations.
- Resurrection skill cooldown is set to 2 minutes.
- Respawn location is within the Sky Arena map, with full HP and MP restored upon respawn.
- Healing and resurrection skills can only be used on party members or members of the same team.
- The durability of base equipment and cosplay equipment will not decrease.
2. Effect Duration Adjustments
- Paralysis and Sleep effects last 1/8 of their usual duration.
- Silence, Root, and Slow effects last 1/4 of their usual duration.
3. Prohibited Items
- Instant recovery items (e.g., Potions, Mana Potions)
- Status recovery items (e.g., Antidotes, Honey Drinks)
- Stat-boosting potions (e.g., Strength Potions)
- Transformation items (e.g., Halloween Cakes)
- Map travel items (e.g., Wings of Elrond)
4. Party Restrictions
- Parties cannot be formed inside the Sky Arena. Please assemble your team before entry.
Additional Updates:
The PvP mode setting for the Hikone City map has been disabled to reflect this update.
With the introduction of team-based battles, we hope this update facilitates large-scale battles such as GvG and other events.
We encourage you to explore the potential of this new map for a variety of events and activities.

■ Updates for Expanding the Economic Ecosystem
The following updates will be implemented exclusively on the smartphone version of GensoKishi:
① Implementation of Reward Ads in the Shop
A new feature has been added allowing players to watch video ads to earn mROND, mMV, or food effects equivalent to dried meat.
This is a great opportunity for newcomers to enhance their adventures—be sure to take advantage of it!
② Display of Video Ads During Map Transitions
Players with an Export Rank of 0 (accumulated mMV imports or purchases under 1,000,000 mMV) will now see video ads during map transitions.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work toward enhancing the overall player experience and economy.
