We had previously informed that the maintenance end time would be at 8:00(UTC), but it will be extended by one hour to 9:00(UTC).

We will be conducting maintenance between 1:30 and 8:00(UTC) on March 21, 2024 on the GENSO Marketplace.

■Details

・Addition of NFT synthesis recipes
　

In GENSO MAKER, we are planning an update for early April.
In this maintenance, ahead of the update, we will be releasing the synthesis recipe for UGC clay with effects.

　

　The synthesis recipe will add a total of 11 parts and 22 recipes.
　Using one "Prism Cube" and one "UGC clay (each part)" allows for NFT synthesis.
　In addition to this, we will also update some menus and displays.

　 [Note]
　※The UGC Clay used for synthesis has two types internally: one for "NFT synthesis" and the other for "prizes for contests, etc".
　Therefore, we have prepared two types of recipes for [FX] UGC Clay for the same part.
　We plan to improve visibility later, so please wait for another update.
　 ※Synthesized [FX] UGC Clay should have no visual issues on the Marketplace or GENSO MAKER, but for transactions using platforms like Opensea, manual metadata updates are required.

・Adding a new rule to NFT synthesis.
　Previously, NFT synthesis was performed by combining "specific materials",
　but now we are adding a synthesis rule that allows you to "choose from among those that meet certain conditions".

　Example：Any "Rarity：Noemal Cosplay Equipment" can be used as a material.

　While the addition of synthesis recipes using the new rule is planned for a later date, we will first update some menus and displays.

・If you had started NFT synthesis before this maintenance, we will add a button labeled "Claim NFTs from the previous version" for receiving NFTs.
　The maintenance will include an update to the NFT crafting program. 
　For those who had started NFT crafting before the maintenance, a dedicated receive button will be displayed after the crafting is completed; please press it to receive your NFT. 
　Once you have claimed all previously synthesized NFTs, the button will no longer be displayed.

　[Note]
　Lines that had started NFT crafting before the maintenance will no longer be able to execute "Complete Immediately." 
　Therefore, please complete your NFT crafting before the maintenance, or plan for longer NFT crafting sessions after the maintenance ends.
　We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

■Other responses

• Fix of an issue where Japanese input cannot be performed correctly in the search input form.
• Temporarily hide the credit card selection tab when purchasing NFTs.
  We have currently suspended the use of credit cards, and we apologize for any inconvenience. 
  While we are preparing to resume credit card payments, please note that it may take some time to complete the process. 
  To avoid any misunderstanding from customers during NFT purchases, we have decided to temporarily hide the credit card selection tab.
  We kindly ask for your patience until the service resumes.
