About the Issues Occurring in the GENSO CS Environment
Thank you very much for your continued support of GENSO PROJECT.
Currently, we have identified the following two issues:
- Users who were playing the game in the production environment before July 13th encounter an Import Error (4) when attempting to export their NFTs from the production environment and import them into the CS environment. As a result, they are unable to import their NFTs into the CS environment.
- Some users who performed multi-account linking and email authentication before July 13th are experiencing an issue where the linking process is not reflected properly, even though they should have successfully linked their accounts.
Regarding the cause of issue 1, we have already identified it and are currently considering appropriate measures. For those who meet the conditions, we kindly request refraining from exporting NFTs for a while.
Regarding issue 2, we are investigating whether the problem lies in the system itself or if it is related to the operations performed by customers during the linking process.
