Returning NFTs that had failed to import
We have identified that some players have failed to receive their NFTs in-game even though the system claims that the import transfer has been completed. This is largely due to the fact that the processing had paused in the midst of importing the NFTs.
We have proceeded to cancel all NFT imports that had been stuck at this time.
With the above cases, the NFTs will be temporarily unavailable from both the wallet and within the game. If this is the case for you, the admin team will return the NFTs to your wallet.
The NFTs that are subject to this procedure are stored in the admin’s data, and will conduct the return operation one by one.
All NFTs will return to their owners by the end of the day, so we ask for your to wait until the process is complete.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the various import / export issues.
