[IMPORTANT] Temporarily suspending new account creation

Thank you for your continued support of GensoKishi Online.

In recent weeks, we have been experiencing a number of BOTs and users playing with multiple accounts within the game. As a result, there have been instances where normal users could not log-in to the game because of these play violations.

The admin team have been working hard to ban these player accounts, but we have monitored that there had been spikes in new account registrations right after we ban these accounts. The new account registration has prevented some players from being able to log in.

We consider this behavior to be totally unacceptable, and as a temporary measure, we have decided to suspend new account registrations.

The date for when we will lift the suspension for registering new accounts will be determined at a later date, after considering the various countermeasures we plan on taking against BOTs and other illegal activities. Until then, we apologize to all of future players who’s had interest in playing GensoKishi at this time, but ask for your patience until we resolve the matter.

As for players who have already registered and have an account on GensoKishi Online, please be assured that you will be able to play on your account just like you have been able to as before.

We will work to improve the situation as soon as possible, as the inability to create new accounts will prevent future interested users to join our community.
