Thank you for playing GensoKishi Online.

Maintenance will be performed on December 5, 2024, from 5:00 to 9:00 (UTC).
During this period, GensoKishi Online's official service will be inaccessible.

The details of the maintenance are as follows:

■ GensoKishi enters the X'mas season

Certain maps, including Christmas trees, will be updated with snowfall and Christmas decorations.

■ Re-release of the "Beginner Support Gacha"

The "Beginner Support Gacha," initially launched on November 28, 2024, received an overwhelming response and sold out quickly.
Since it aims to serve as a starter gacha for new players, we will re-release it.
The product lineup and prizes will remain the same as the previous gacha.

■ Changes to the PvP Map "Sky Arena"

  • Fixed an issue where the Guardian skills "Body Block" and "Resolute Defender" did not function correctly in PvP areas.
  • Resolved a bug where self-inflicted damage caused by certain skills was reduced to one-tenth of its intended value. (The damage will now match the amount in regular maps.)

■ Database backup for future CS updates

To prepare for future Creator Sandbox (CS) updates, we will back up data from Japan and Singapore regions as of December 5, 2024.
This will allow data from that date to be applied in the CS environment, which was last saved on September 12, 2024.

Please note that the CS environment requires email authentication to log in.
If you wish to access the CS environment in the future, link your email address on the official service side before the maintenance.
You can link your email address from Settings > Account Linking on the character selection screen.

■ Video functionality update in Elrond Mall

To enhance corporate promotions as part of the metaverse experience, we are expanding the functionality of videos displayed in the Elrond Shopping District.
By tapping on a video, it will now maximize, and some videos will feature a link button directing users to official websites of sponsors and partners.

■An NPC for the Suzume Senpai collaboration campaign has been placed in front of the amusement park!

Everyone who participates in the campaign will receive a repair tool as a gift.
Plus, you might win 500,000 mMV or a Ramen Card!

■ Bug fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where the effects of food items such as "Candy Apple," "Candied Strawberry," "Strawberry Milk," and "Uji Kintoki" would expire even when fullness remained.
    ・Affected users will receive compensation in the form of the same items.
    ・Log in to claim your items. (Due to system constraints, the maximum stack of 20 items will be distributed. If more than 20 were consumed, the limit will remain at 20.)
  2. Fixed an issue in certain cases where watching a long video ad and returning to the game caused a disconnection, preventing the reward from being received.
    ・Note: If more than 2 minutes pass without returning, the session will time out, and reconnection will not be possible.
  3. Fixed an issue where using skills immediately after transitioning maps within 1 minute of watching a video ad would cancel the skill's casting.
  4. Resolved a UI issue where opening the emote list immediately after using an "Art of Emotes" would cause chat-related UI elements to disappear.
  5. Fixed a bug where viewing equipment details via another player's profile caused the screen to freeze upon returning.
  6. Corrected an issue where approaching the door to the Elrond Museum in the Elrond Mall allowed players to clip through it.
