[November 29] Notification of Known Issues

Thank you for your continued support of GensoKishi Online.

Following the maintenance conducted on November 28, 2024, we have identified the following issues:

■ Details of Known Issues

・On iOS/Android, opening the details of any equipment under Character Status > Equipment & Potential Abilities may cause the game to become unresponsive.

・Attempting to open the emote list immediately after learning a new emote causes the Emote/Chat UI to disappear.

・After watching a video ad, it may not be possible to use skills immediately when transitioning to a new map.

■ Fix Schedule

These issues are scheduled to be fixed during the maintenance update on December 5, 2024.

The issue preventing skill use immediately after watching a video ad was resolved on November 29, 2024.
