【July 28th】Notice of CS Environment Maintenance

Thank you very much for your continued support of GENSO PROJECT.

We will be conducting maintenance on July 28, 2023, from 08:00 to 11:00 (UTC).

The details of the maintenance are as follows:

  • Correction of the calculation formula for determining the repair cost of Fashionable Equipment and Base Equipment.
  • Fixing the issue where the setup cost of Fashionable Equipment was the same as the repair cost of individual Fashionable Equipment.
  • Correcting the problem where attempting to export NFTs imported into the live service before July 13th to the CS environment resulted in error code (4) and prevented the import.

Those are the three points of maintenance.

The repair cost of Fashionable Equipment and Base Equipment was originally determined by the equipment's rarity, the level at which it can be equipped, and whether it is part of a setup or an individual piece. However, with the implementation of the CS environment on July 27th, the repair cost has unintentionally increased further based on the equipment's strengthening level.

As a result, the repair costs have become much higher than anticipated, causing confusion, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In today's maintenance, we will eliminate the fluctuations caused by the strengthening level. However, in future updates to the CS environment, we plan to readjust the fluctuations caused by the strengthening level to appropriate values. (At least, the values from this update will serve as one reference point, and lower-level equipment will be priced lower than this update, while higher-level equipment will be priced slightly higher or equal to this update.)

Regarding adjustments to MP recovery skill's effect on satiety, accuracy, evasion, critical rate, guard rate, and other calculation formulas, we welcome your opinions through the questionnaire form.

Finally, regarding the campaign "Earn mROND with the new job Dragon class, and get your hands on Dragon class-exclusive SR base equipment" mentioned in our previous announcement, there was some confusion about the term "either of the Drag Professions" and whether it is calculated separately for each profession or combined for all three professions.

To clarify, the calculation will be done on a "combined" basis. Thus, selling items with any of the Drag Professions will count toward the cumulative total. Please rest assured that your efforts with any Drag Profession will be considered for the campaign.
