Notice of Error Regarding the Issuance Quantity of Some NFTs

We apologize to our valued customers.

Regarding the NFT synthesis feature that was recently released on GENSO Marketplace, specifically for "The Merchant's Kasa," we had specified a maximum issuance limit of 100 units. However, a total of 104 units were issued in this case.

The NFT synthesis feature has settings on the contract side, determining how many units can be issued for each item, and it is designed not to allow issuance beyond those limits. In the case of the above-mentioned NFT, there was an oversight in the settings, allowing issuance beyond the specified limit.

After the release, we realized that the settings were insufficient, but due to the high demand for the synthesis, we couldn't address the issue in a timely manner. We sincerely apologize for this.

Currently, all other NFTs have their maximum issuance limits specified in the contract, so there should be no occurrences of synthesis exceeding these limits. However, for this particular NFT, since it has already been issued beyond the original limit, we will update the metadata's maximum issuance limit from 100 to 104.

There is also another issue where some NFTs have numbering exceeding the maximum issuance limit.

  • Baby Penguin (Black) - Maximum Issuance: 100, Numbering: 104
  • Baby Penguin (Blue) - Maximum Issuance: 100, Numbering: 104
  • Baby Penguin (Pink) - Maximum Issuance: 100, Numbering: 102
  • Sparkler (Red) - Maximum Issuance: 100, Numbering: 113
  • Sparkler (Blue) - Maximum Issuance: 100, Numbering: 113
  • Sparkler (Purple) - Maximum Issuance: 100, Numbering: 114

These issues arose from problems in the numbering settings when the operation team performed NFT minting for promotional and giveaway purposes in the past. Subsequently, newly extracted NFTs from the game exceeded the maximum issuance limit in their numbering. However, when considering the actual issuance numbers, they remain within the maximum issuance limits, so we hope you can find reassurance in that.

The specific current issuance numbers are as follows:

  • Baby Penguin (Black) - 25/100
  • Baby Penguin (Blue) - 19/100
  • Baby Penguin (Pink) - 18/100
  • Sparkler (Red) - 20/100
  • Sparkler (Blue) - 23/100
  • Sparkler (Purple) - 23/100
