【Notice】NFT Transfer Error on MetaMask Mobile

We have confirmed an issue where NFT transfers from “My Inventory” on the GENSO Marketplace may fail when using the MetaMask mobile app (in-app browser).

■ Error Message

View: Root TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined

■ Affected Environment

• MetaMask Mobile App (smartphones only)
• NFT transfers work normally on PC browsers using MetaMask

■ Cause

This issue is caused by a bug in MetaMask’s mobile NFT transfer functionality.
The same issue has already been reported on MetaMask’s official GitHub.

■ Temporary Workaround

Please use MetaMask on a PC browser to transfer NFTs until this issue is resolved.

■ Future Actions

As this issue originates from MetaMask’s mobile app,
a permanent fix will require an update from MetaMask.
We will provide further updates once the issue is resolved.
