■ How to Redeem MV in the FamilyMart App

On the FamilyMart App or the MyFamiPort App (Taiwan region only), select the MV token redemption option, then choose the preferred amount and plan.

After completing the redemption, the MV will be automatically credited to your BitoPro account.
(If you do not yet have a BitoPro account, the system will guide you through the registration process.)
