■ Extension of Maintenance

The ongoing maintenance scheduled for December 14, 2023, from 5:00 to 10:00 (UTC) will be extended until 11:00. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to everyone who has been waiting. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Please note that the maintenance of the Marketplace and GENSO Maker will conclude as originally planned at 10:00.(UTC)

■To Those Who Have Listed UGC (User-Generated Content) Equipment for Sale,

As of this maintenance period, a change has been implemented in the sale of UGC equipment as NFTs. A creator fee and FB fee will now be incurred during transactions. Consequently, the existing listing and purchasing contracts have been redesigned and replaced.

Due to this change, UGC equipment that was listed before the maintenance has become invisible on the market. Therefore, once the maintenance is completed, we kindly ask you to cancel the listing of your UGC equipment from your inventory and relist the items for sale.

■ Regarding the "Cosplay repair tool (r_hand)" sent to outstanding reviewers in the Creator Sandbox environment

The "Cosplay repair tool (r_hand)" that will be sent to some users during this maintenance is an NFT item. It has the same effect as the similarly named item distributed in the past as compensation, but the previous item cannot be converted into an NFT. Although they share the same name, the new item can be imported, exported as an NFT, and listed on the marketplace. We appreciate your understanding of this difference.

Note: The prizes for the recently announced Genso Super Lucky Chance will also be NFT items.

■Specification Change to Allow Multiple Characters on the Same Account to Use Emotes Acquired by Consuming Items

There are special NFTs that enable characters to learn special emotes like "Backflip" and "Moonwalk." Previously, these emotes could only be used by the character that consumed the item. However, we have received feedback about the inability to use these emotes with sub-characters, so we are changing the specification. Now, any character on the account that used the item will be able to use the emote.

■Supplementary Notes on Item Drop Rates

We have received many questions and inquiries about the concept of "Item Drop Rates" following the introduction of the "Ring of Luck." We will explain the specifications here.

The "Item Drop Rate" effect of items like the Ring of Luck or Fan Club Membership can be interpreted as 1% per unit. Every character has a default "Item Drop Rate" of 100. So, for example, a character wearing a "Ring of Luck with an Item Drop Rate of 10" would have an Item Drop Rate of 110%. If a monster has a 10% chance to drop an item, the calculation would be 10% x 110% = 11%. This means the actual drop rate will be 1% higher.

Furthermore, at enhancement level 45, the Ring of Luck enables the use of the skill "Ring's Blessing (Luck)," which increases the Item Drop Rate by an additional 10% for 10 minutes. During this skill's activation, the calculation becomes (10% x 110%) x 110% = 12.1%, resulting in a 2.1% higher drop rate than usual.

Next, for parties:

When calculating item drop rates for a party, the highest Item Drop Rate among the party members is used. For example, if A has a rate of 100, B has 100, and C has 110, then the drop rate calculation when defeating a monster will be based on C's rate. If an item drops, the determination of who gets the item will reference each character's drop rate, resulting in chances of approximately 32.3% for A and B, and 35.5% for C. Thus, C, who contributed to raising the drop rate, has a slightly higher chance of receiving the dropped item.
