Regarding "GENSO UGC Model Preview," we would like to inform you about the current issues identified and our future plans.

■Incorrect display when importing model data with more than five polygons
When importing model file with more than five polygons into GENSO UGC Model Preview, it has been brought to our attention that the display may differ from the UGC check tool (Unity).
This issue occurs when importing model file with polygons exceeding five sides.
As an immediate fix is challenging, we plan to implement the following measures:
・Displaying cautionary messages on GENSO UGC Model Preview

When using GENSO UGC Model Preview, change polygons with more than five sides to triangles (3 triangles) or quadrilaterals (4-sided polygons), or confirm using the UGC check tool (Unity).

■Low resolution of thumbnails
There have been reports of the thumbnail resolution being lower compared to the UGC check tool (Unity). We are currently investigating this issue and exploring potential solutions.

GENSO UGC Model Preview is scheduled for version updates to address these issues and enhance usability.
