Thank you for playing GensoKishi Online.

Maintenance will be conducted on October 30 from 5:00 to 9:00 (UTC) for the following services:

  • GENSO Maker

  • GensoKishi Online

  • FT/NFT Import & Export Functions

During maintenance, the above services will not be available.


■ Update Details

◆Updates for GENSO MAKER

■Addition of collision detection to placed objects in the LAND creation feature

Objects placed in the “Create LAND” mode in GENSO Maker will now include collision detection.
This resolves the issue where players could previously pass through structures and also enables the creation of more three-dimensional stages.
If you own LAND, you can publish your created LAND to the LAND Viewer.
While this feature is still under development, we look forward to seeing the new ideas and playstyles you will bring.


◆Updates for GensoKishi Online

■Fix for the purchasing (Swap) function in MV Wallet

We will fix the issue where the purchase (Swap) function became unusable when trying to use MV Wallet from the import/export screen in GensoKishi Online.

■Updates related to Halloween content

  • Fixed an issue that prevented climbing on buildings in Colkia Village (Halloween version).
  • Halloween decorations in various maps will automatically revert to the normal design on November 1 at 5:00 (UTC).
  • Please ensure you do not log out on rooftops around that time.
  • The NPC selling transformation items, available only during the Halloween period, will also automatically disappear on November 1 at 5:00 (UTC).

Updates for FT/NFT Import & Export Functions

■Users can now manually cancel FT/NFT import/export operations

If the import/export process for NFTs (ERC721) and FT (ERC20) does not complete within three hours, users will now be able to manually cancel the operation.
We apologize for the inconvenience of waiting up to three hours due to potential data inconsistencies on the blockchain side, but even during weekends and other times when our support desk is closed, users will now be able to resolve issues by themselves.

How to manually cancel

  • If the process has not progressed after 3 hours, access the screen where the import/export operation is taking place — you will be able to manually cancel the operation from there.
