We will be performing maintenance on various GensoKishi Online services on November 27, 2025 (JST).

Maintenance schedule (UTC):

  • 5:00–10:00: GensoKishi Online
  • 6:00–7:00: Official Website
  • 6:00–9:00: GENSO Marketplace

During the above times, the corresponding services will be unavailable.
The update details are as follows.

■Updates for the 3rd Anniversary of GENSO

GensoKishi Online will celebrate its 3rd anniversary on November 30, 2025.
Looking back, we have truly experienced many events throughout our journey.
Even so, thanks to the support of our community and players, we are able to reach this 3-year milestone—something the entire development and operations team is sincerely grateful for.

To everyone reading this announcement, we would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation once again.

NEW EQUIPMENT UNLOCKED!

■ Addition of 3rd Anniversary LR/SR Base Equipment

Two new right-hand base equipment items, “Dawn(LR)” and “White Rose (SR)”, will be added to the NFT synthesis recipes.
These weapons are characterized by the following points:

  • They can be equipped by all job types

  • Their initial parameters are slightly lower than existing LR/SR base equipment

  • The growth of random parameters upon enhancement is extremely high

  • Depending on how the parameters grow, they may become highly sought-after equipment

  • Re-forging allows parameters to be re-rolled

They can be crafted by combining newly added material NFTs from this update with material NFTs obtainable from before.
※ During GENSO Marketplace maintenance, we will update the synthesis recipes for equipment and material NFTs.

Details about material sources, crafting methods, and parameters will be announced separately in tomorrow’s update notice.

■ 3rd Anniversary Campaign ①: “GM Monster Summoning Event”

To celebrate the 3rd Anniversary, GMs will summon limited monsters that have a high chance to drop:

  • Material NFTs used to create the new equipment “Dawn” and “White Rose”
  • The visual fashion item “3rd Anniversary Balloon”

These monsters are extremely powerful, but material drops will be individually judged for all participants who take part in the battle, so please work together to defeat them.

Event Dates:
・November 30, 2025
・December 7, 2025

Times: 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00 (UTC)

At each time slot, one monster will be summoned in Elrond Mall 1 and one in Elrond Mall 2.
While they look the same, the monster summoned in District 1 is stronger and has a higher drop rate for material NFTs.

If your guild made a Defense Battle reservation during the above times and made that reservation in order to participate in this campaign, we will refund the reservation fee to your Guild Funds when you cancel it.

■ 3rd Anniversary Campaign ②: “Xmas Screenshot Contest”

Snow is falling in the world of GensoKishi, and towns are decorated with Christmas trees.
The theme is “Christmas”! Capture your best memories in GensoKishi and share them!

＜How to Participate＞

  • Post a screenshot taken in a location that evokes “Christmas”, while wearing fashion equipment or UGC equipment
  • On X (formerly Twitter), follow @genso_meta and @genso_meta_jp, and post with the hashtag #GENSO_X'mas
  • Players who satisfy the above conditions and link their game account with their X account will receive the exclusive in-game titles:
    • “Winter Star” (front)
    • “Blesser” (back)
  • ※ You may submit multiple posts. (However, identical posts may be excluded from selection.)

・From December 15, 2025 to December 22, 2025

＜Selection Method＞
・The operations team will review all submitted screenshots and select one entry per prize that best fits each award.

＜Winner Announcement & Prize Distribution＞
・Winners will be announced on December 23, 2025
・NFT and mMV prizes are scheduled to be distributed on December 24, 2025

■ Other Updates

  • Character level cap increased from 40 → 50

  • New mMV Shop added where beginner equipment can be purchased

  • Mithril Ore can now be compressed via NFT Synthesis

  • Fixed an issue where the unique stat increase at enhancement levels 65 and 66 was too low for LR rings:
    “Ring of SEIRYU”, “Ring of SUZAKU”, “Ring of BYAKKO”, “Ring of GENBU”

  • Corrected the skill description of “Wind type bullet loading” for “Miner Soldier's Energy Handgun”, which differed from its actual effect

    Before: “Change your regular attacks to Wind Type for 60 seconds.”
    After: “Changes your physical-attribute attacks and physical-attribute skills to Wind attribute for 60 seconds.”

  • When falling from a height of 2m or higher, the fall height will now be displayed
    ※ This is in preparation for future LAND features where fall damage can be configured per LAND.
