【Feb, 22th】Announcement of Creator Sandbox Environment Maintenance

Thank you for always using GENSO PROJECT.

We will be conducting maintenance on the Creator Sandbox environment (hereafter referred to as the CS environment) from 5:00 to 9:00(UTC) on February 22, 2024. Please be aware that the CS environment will not be available during the maintenance period.

Maintenance Details

・Implementation of balance adjustments for new skills that can be learned through skill unlock quests.
　For details, please refer to this spreadsheet.
　*Regarding skills from row 31 onwards in this spreadsheet.

・Adjustment of the acquisition conditions for new skills.
　Concerning the acquisition conditions for new skills, while some skills previously required "Skill Rank 25 or above", they will now uniformly require "Skill Rank 30 or above".

・Quests added to Paladias Islands and Bandit Rock.
　We will be adding a new quest titled "Captain's Job".
　With the implementation of new quests, we will be adding drops of "Pirate Badge" and "Pirate Medallion" to skeleton-type monsters in Paladias Islands and Bandit Rock.
　In the CS environment's "[First]Captain's Job" quest, the collection requirement for "Pirate Badge" and "Pirate Medallion" will be set to 1 each.
　Upon the official service release, the collection requirement will be raised to 100 "Pirate Badges" and 50 "Pirate Medallions".
　The requirements for the "[Repeat]Captain's Job" quest will remain the same for both the CS environment and the official service, with 20 "Pirate Badges" and 5 "Pirate Medallions" needed.

The items used as clear conditions for skill acquisition quests were intended to be set as "normal drop items," but they were mistakenly set under the "quest item" category.
As a result, when forming a party, all members were entitled to drop rights, which made it possible to efficiently gather items by forming parties. Although we originally assumed a difficulty level approximately four times higher, the unintended implementation allowed for easier item collection through party formation.
To address this issue and rebalance the overall gameplay, we will be adding a prerequisite quest titled "Captain's Job" for accessing skill acquisition quests. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and any inconvenience caused.

・Implementation of adjustments to reference level conditions during the "reporting" phase of skill quests.

・Review the drop settings for certain monsters that are targets of quests.
　Following the previous adjustments made during the official service, we will be revisiting the drop settings for specific monsters and introducing additional monsters.

　Target Monsters and Locations:
　Location: Colkia Hole (Upper left of the map)
　Quest Monster: Brugderer Troll
　Additional Monster: Brughaire Troll
　*Note that there will be no changes to the drop rates or difficulty level.

・Implementation of moving the skill cancel button to the right side (for WebGL version only).
　

・Conducted a review of the shortcut keys for skill cancellation (for WebGL version only).
　Regarding the button to cancel chanting skills, we have reconsidered based on feedback received.
　The shortcut keys for skill cancellation are as follows:
　　Keyboard：[G]key
　　Gamepad：[R2] + [L2]

■Additional fixed issues

• Fixed an issue related to the drop settings for "Aurora Wing" (changed from Ritual Basser to Tual Basser).
• Fixed a bug where, after clearing a Dragon Tower floor, the dialogue box would move to the top of the chandelier during display.
• Rectified an issue where there was a timing discrepancy in animations and effects when using chanting skills after activating non-chanting skills.
• Resolved the problem preventing the successful completion of Book No. 28, "Stuffed Toy Artisan."
• Corrected the following skill description texts (no changes to skill effects):
   

　Black Dragon's Breath

　The Descent of Beauty
　The skill names and descriptions in traditional Chinese characters were in English, so they have been corrected to traditional Chinese characters.
