Japanese Superstar Hiro Mizushima and Akira Morikawa, Former CEO of Japan’s WhatsApp “LINE” Joins Gensokishi

Two Powerful Members From Japan Join The Gensokishi Online Project

Ryo Morikawa, former CEO of LINE Corporation and current CEO of C Channel Corporation has joined the Gensokishi Online Project as advisor. Morikawa is an icon in Japan, for playing a major role in developing the LINE app into a global communication app.

Morikawa will use his experience and partnership as the former CEO of LINE, Asia’s leading global platform, to increase awareness and expand the market share of this project in Asia.

Hiro Mizushima, who is widely active as an actor and investor, has also been appointed as advisor for the project.

Mizushima is active in a variety of fields as an investor and actor, and will support this project based on his knowledge of these various initiatives.

Akira Morikawa

Born on January 13, 1967

Morikawa graduated from Tsukuba University in 1989 and joined Nippon Television Network Corporation (NTV), where he earned an MBA in 1999 from Aoyama Gakuin University’s Graduate School of International Political Science and Economics. In 2003 he joined Hangame Japan (now LINE Corporation) after joining Sony Corporation. He was appointed President in 2007, and retired as President in March 2015. In May 2020, C Channel was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s TOKYO PRO Market.
