Announcing LAND Sales Price and Number of LAND Parcels Available
We are pleased to announce that the sales price and number of available LAND parcels on sale at the GensoKishi Marketplace. The number of parcels for sale at this time will be approximately 500 parcels. There will be no limit set for the number of parcels available for purchase, allowing any one user to purchase as many LAND parcels as they wish.
LAND sales will begin on Saturday, January 14, 2023, as previously announced.

◆ Sales Price
This sale will consist of the sale of prime locations nearby the prestigious GensoKishi area. The sales price of LAND will vary depending on the type and location, please refer to the price list below. Please note that the initial sales of the LAND will be offered at a special campaign price, and that the regular pricing for LAND will start from 700 USDT and above.
The chain available for purchase will be on Polygon.
Purchase will need to be made in either USDT or MV on the Polygon chain.
* Purchases made with MV will be priced equivalent to USDT at the time of sale.

In this sale, only the areas in close proximity to GensoKishi, which are well-located and colored (orange / red / peach) on the MAP, will be sold. Each parcel has a different selling price, so please check the selling price before making your purchase.

◆ What is LAND?
The GENSO Metaverse is structured upon LAND, where users can create their own homes (housing), allowing them to create and express their individual personalties with the UGC function. For example, you can create your own original GensoKishi Online map as part of the game, position monsters and item drops, and participate actively in the game as if you were part of the game's admins. You can also set an admission fee to your own land, and by making your LAND attractive, many people will visit and therefore can earn revenue.

LAND (Size: 1x1)
This is a small-scale LAND parcel for miniature production. It can be used as housing homes, communal area for friends to gather, booths for promotional activities, studios for hosting private exhibitions, and for many other possibilities.
ESTATE（Size: 2×2 / 3×3 ）

The LAND Viewer is a tool that allows any user in the GENSO Metaverse to easily check the distribution status and details regarding the LAND they wish to see.
When considering making a purchase of a LAND property, various information such as the vacancy status or who the owners are of the surrounding area can be confirmed through the tool. LAND owners will also be able to set up their own LAND logo (thumbnail images), various information about the LAND, and can link a website of their choosing, making it possible to utilize LAND as a tool for various announcements and other commercial purposes.
When multiple adjacent LAND parcels are purchased, users can bundle up to 12 x 12 LAND parcels on the LAND Viewer. However, LAND can only be bundled in a square shape, not in a 1 x 2 or other non-square shape. (*The size of a single LAND does not change even if the LAND is connected and expanded. This function is only intended to make the LAND stand out when viewing on the LAND Viewer).
Bundle Example:. If you have the following LAND (in green) and ESTATE (in orange), you can bundle your LAND as follows:
* Non-square parcels cannot be bundled together
* ESTATE (2x2 or larger) parcels cannot be bundled together
* The bundling of LAND parcels is supported up to 12x12 in size.
