Regarding the issue with Rare-grade Gacha unavailable in ROND

We apologize for the confusion in regards to the Marketplace Gatcha.

The Normal / Rare grade Treasure Box Gatcha currently available on the GENSO Marketplace was originally made to be available for purchase in both USDT and ROND.

However, it was recently discovered that having multiple purchase methods in a single Gacha would cause systematic problems. Therefore, during the maintenance on December 29th, 2022, we have decided to release the Gacha in the following method: the Rare-grade Gacha to be available only in USDT and the Normal-grade Gacha to be available only in ROND.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in announcing this change to our community and leaving the impression that both Gachas would be available in both USDT and ROND.

The admin team are still in the process of developing support for both currencies and our current goal is to release the updated Gachas for both Normal and Rare-grade with available for purchase in both currencies at around the third or fourth week of January, 2023.

Also, due to the nature of the Gacha system, we are are unable to offer returns or refunds once a Gacha purchase has been made. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
