Temporarily suspending new account creations from IP addresses outside of Japan

We opened new account registrations to everybody on April 4th 2023. However we have come to the conclusion that we need to review our detection methods of fraudulent account creations and multiple accounts/BOT tools.

Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will temporarily suspend new account registrations from those who use IP addresses outside of Japan following the scheduled maintenance on April 26th, 2023, from 5:00 to 10:00 UTC.

We apologize for the repeated restrictions and any inconvenience this may cause. We will continue to aim for a service that everyone can use without any concern. We appreciate your continued support and understanding in this matter.
