We will be conducting maintenance on GensoKishi Online on March 29th, 2024, from 7:00 to 9:00  (UTC).
During the maintenance period, GensoKishi Online will be unavailable to use.

・In "Cosplay Reforge," values are not being correctly reflected.
After performing Cosplay Reforge, we have received reports stating, "mMV and Universal Fiber were consumed, but the values did not change."
Upon our verification, we were able to confirm cases where the reported symptoms occur.
If the values were not correctly reflected, we will make corrections to display the correct values during maintenance.
Furthermore, we will implement measures to prevent the recurrence of cases where values are not correctly reflected.
To users who have encountered symptoms where values are not correctly reflected, we deeply apologize for any concern caused.

■Notification of Known Issues
・Selection Dialogs Such as Shop NPCs Freeze
We have received reports that the selection dialog buttons become unresponsive in various parts of the game.
As this symptom does not seem to be limited to specific areas, we will investigate the extent of the impact and proceed with corrections.
While the adjustments are scheduled for the next maintenance, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
