Regarding the Network Outage Related to NFT and FT Services

Thank you for always using GENSO PROJECT.

We would like to inform you that since around 12:00(UTC) on February 3, 2024, there has been a disruption in the RPC network used by various services of GENSO PROJECT. Due to this issue, users are currently unable to access information about NFTs and FTs in their wallets.

Affected Services:

  • MV, ROND import and export functions in GensoKishi Online
  • NFT import function in the Creator Sandbox environment
  • My Inventory function in the Marketplace
  • Clay NFT import function in GENSO Maker
  • My Land function in LAND Viewer

We are awaiting the restoration of the RPC network. However, if the issue remains unresolved, we plan to implement measures such as switching to a different RPC network connection.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support of GENSO PROJECT.
