Regarding the Results of the Material NFT Survey and Our Future Policy

Thank you very much for your continued support of GensoKishi Online.

We sincerely appreciate the many responses we received for the recently conducted
“Survey on Revising the Issuance Cap of Material NFTs.”

■ Survey Results

In the survey, we received various opinions, including:

  • Views that revisions may be unavoidable if they improve the gameplay experience

  • Opinions that changes to NFT issuance caps should be handled with great caution

  • Concerns about setting a precedent by altering issuance limits

  • Worries about the impact on the value of existing NFTs and the economic balance

Overall, the majority opinion was:
“Improvements are necessary, but changes to issuance caps should be approached cautiously.”

As the operations team, we recognize that the issuance cap of NFTs is an important commitment that supports the credibility of the service.

■ Materials Currently Showing Significant Depletion

The materials currently showing strong depletion trends are as follows:

  • Ombre Fur
  • Limit Break materials obtainable from Dragon Tower

In particular, Ombre Fur:

  • Has a relatively low issuance cap
  • Is used as a crafting material for the newly added LR base equipment “Akatsuki”
  • Is currently trading at approximately $6 per unit in the market

Due to these factors, it has become highly scarce and valuable.

■ Final Decision by the Operations Team

Based on the survey results and the current situation, we have decided on the following policy:

① We Will Not Increase the Issuance Cap

We will not raise the issuance cap of material NFTs.

Additionally, we will not create alternative items with essentially the same function, as doing so would effectively increase the issuance cap.

② We Will Not Reclaim Assets from Inactive Users

We also considered reclaiming materials from accounts that have not been active for over six months.

Regarding Ombre Fur, approximately 1,300 units (around 13% of the total supply) are currently held by inactive users.

However, considering:

  • The possibility of future player returns
  • The possibility that this announcement may encourage players to return

We have decided not to take action on these assets.

③ Gradual Utilization of Unissued Allocation

In fact, not all of the issuance cap for material NFTs is currently in circulation.
Approximately 30% has been retained as unissued allocation for:

  • Future user growth
  • Campaigns and promotional purposes

We will begin gradually returning a portion of this unissued allocation to the drop pool in small amounts with each future maintenance update.

This does not change the issuance cap, but rather improves circulation within the existing cap.

■ Future Information Disclosure

For materials showing depletion trends:

We will manually provide updates approximately once per week via our official X account “genso_meta.”
* If automation becomes possible, we will transition to daily announcements.

We aim to increase transparency and share material circulation conditions with all of you.

Through this survey, we have once again realized how seriously many of you consider GensoKishi’s economic design and credibility.

While upholding our commitment regarding NFT issuance caps, we will continue to carefully manage operations to balance gameplay quality and economic stability.
