【Important】Regarding the import/export of NFTs and FTs for the iOS app
Thank you for your continued support of GensoKishi Online.
We would like to announce the details for upcoming iOS app update regarding the import/export feature for NFTs & FTs .
This iOS app update is aligned with our future expansion strategy, as we have decided on a general policy on how the import/export feature will be managed when adopting multiple platforms. Platforms such as iOS, Steam, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch all have individual regulations regarding crypto assets, and in order to provide an unified import/export experience, we have decided on a general policy that can be applied to all platforms.
The general policy regarding the import/export of NFTs & FTs is as follows:
Based on the individual platforms that GensoKishi is available on, the NFT & FT import/export feature will either be available or hidden within the app. If the feature is hidden within the app, we ask the platform users to access the PC version via their devices to conduct these processes.
The PC version can be accessed by logging into your account on our official website (https://genso.game/).
Starting with the update on March 14th, 2023, the iOS app version will implement this general policy.
Therefore the “NFT Storage” and “FT Storage” options will no longer be available with the BANK and POST NPCs
Following this iOS app update, in order to import/export NFTs & FTs, please use either the PC version on your computer or follow the instructions below to process your assets on your device.
■ Import NFTs
1. Access our official website（https://genso.game/）using the Google Chrome app on your device.
2. Select "START" and log in to your account using the same login method on the app version.
3. After successfully logging in, click the "Import NFT" button on the page.
4. Copy the URL of the page being displayed.
5. Open Metamask app on your device and paste the URL in the browser.
6. Import your NFTs.
7. Open the GensoKishi app, and retrieve the imported items by accessing the Postal Sstorage via the POST NPC.
■ Export NFTs
1. Within the GensoKishi app, deposit the items to the Postal Storage via the POST NPC.
2. Access our official website（https://genso.game/）using the Google Chrome app on your device.
3. Select "START" and login to your account using the same login method on the app version.
4. After successfully logging in, click the "Export NFT" button on the page.
5. Copy the URL of the page being displayed.
6. Open the Metamask app on your device, and paste the URL in the browser.
7. Export your NFTs.
■ Import FTs
1. Access our official website（https://genso.game/）using the Google Chrome app on your device.
2. Select "START" and login to your account using the same login method on the app version.
3. After successfully logging in, click the "Import FT" button on the page.
4. Copy the URL of the page being displayed.
5. Open the Metamask app on your device, and paste the URL in the browser.
6. Import your FTs.
7. Open the GensoKishi app and withdraw mROND from the BANK NPC in the game.
*For mMV, once the import is complete, it will be delivered directly to your account.
■ Export FTs
1. Within the GensoKishi Online app,deposit mROND via the BANK NPC.
2. Access our official website（https://genso.game/）using the Google Chrome app on your device.
3. Select "START" and login to your account using the same login method on the app version.
4. After successfully logging in, click the "Export FT" button on the page.
5. Copy the URL of the page being displayed.
6. Open the Metamask app on your device, and paste the URL in the browser.
7. When exporting your FTs, they will be converted from mROND to ROND.
Due to the various platform regulations, we will no longer be able to provide our players with the ability to import/export NFTs & FTs, and we would like to apologize for the inconvenient experience but would like to thank you for your understanding.
