[Survey Request] Regarding Service Cost Optimization through Partial Region Closure

Thank you for always supporting GensoKishi Online.

In preparation for the potential transfer of service operations in the future, we believe it is necessary to further optimize and reduce the operational costs of the service.
As part of this effort, we are considering closing the following regions.

■ Proposed Changes
・Japan Region 2
・Singapore Region 2

By closing these regions, we expect to reduce server operating costs by approximately 130,000 JPY per month.

Based on our recent usage analysis, the number of active users has decreased to approximately half of what it was previously.
Therefore, we believe that consolidating regions is unlikely to cause significant issues such as congestion in hunting areas.

In addition, we are continuing communication regarding the potential transfer of service operations.
From the perspective of potential future operators, we believe it is important to maintain the service in a more lightweight and efficient operational state.

For this reason, we would like to conduct a survey to gather feedback from our users regarding this policy.
