Regarding Issues Due to the August 9th Update

Thank you for palying Gensokishi Online.

Following the update on August 8, 2024, we have identified the following issues and have included details on what has been and will be fixed.

1.[Resolved] A bug allowed the "Yukata" and "Festival Fan" fashion items to be upgraded.

The cosplay equipment, which should have not been enhanceable due to having no parameters, was mistakenly set as an enhanceable item. Noone had enhancements this item but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and we ask that if you have obtained multiple items, please either share them among multiple characters or sell them to NPCs.

2.[Resolved] The "[Emote] Laugh" could not be exported from the Postal Storage, making it impossible to list on the marketplace.

A bug prevented the "Emote (Laugh)," one of the items in the SUMMER FEST 2024 gacha lineup, from being exported or listed on the marketplace. This issue has now been resolved, and the item can be listed on the marketplace.
If you encounter issues where NFTs in your My Inventory on the marketplace are not displayed, we apologize for that inconvenience. This is a separate issue, and we are currently working on a fix. If you experience this problem, please contact our support team.

3.[Pending] A bug where if an enemy moves out of range while reserving a casting skill, the casting does not end, causing the character to become immobilized.

We have confirmed a bug where if an enemy moves out of range while reserving a second casting skill after using a first, the first skill is canceled, but the second is not, causing the character to freeze in the casting motion. This will be fixed in the next maintenance.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience until the fixes are complete. If you experience this issue, please log out temporarily.
