Handling and Change Requests of Account IDs Used in the Game

First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the insufficient explanation regarding the Friend feature.
The Friend feature has been implemented with 5.30 update.When your friends are online, their character names will be displayed, while their account ID names (entered during account creation in GensoKishi Online) will be shown when they are offline.
However, we have received feedback expressing concerns about account ID names that might inadvertently reveal personal information, such as email addresses or identities. We fully understand your desire for privacy and appreciate your valuable input.
Although it would have been preferable to have a feature that allows users to change their account ID names themselves, we currently do not have such functionality available.
Under these circumstances, we have devised a solution for those who wish to change their account ID names. If you would like to request a change, please contact our support team. We will manually accommodate one account ID name change per player.
For those who are concerned about their current account ID names being public, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the Friend List functionality until your account ID has been changed. You can submit your account ID change request through our support page.
This situation was not initially anticipated, and therefore, we will only accept change requests for accounts created on or before May 31th, 2023.
To ensure a smooth transition, please note the following guidelines for setting your new account ID:
- The ID must be between 3 and 16 characters in length.
- You can use lowercase alphanumeric characters, as well as the symbols "-" (hyphen) and "_" (underscore).
- Please avoid choosing an account ID name that is already in use by another player. In case of conflicts, our team will add a unique numerical identifier at the end of the ID name.
