Regarding the Issue Where Some NFTs Appear to be Lost Due to a Synchronization Lag with the Blockchain
Thank you for always using the GENSO PROJECT.
As of January 20, 2024, around 00:00 (UTC), there has been a synchronization lag in the external system used to fetch and display blockchain data on Web2.0 interfaces such as the marketplace and NFT import lists. This has resulted in an inability to correctly retrieve the latest information of NFTs existing in your wallet.
Specifically, the following issues have been observed:
- NFTs cancelled from listing in the marketplace do not appear in My Inventory.
- NFTs purchased in the marketplace do not appear when trying to import them into the GensoKishi Online.
- NFTs exported from the game do not show up in the import list or My Inventory in the marketplace.
We have explored options such as manually requesting to correct data synchronization lags, but the current external system does not accept such requests, so we are waiting for the issue to naturally resolve over time.
We sincerely apologize for causing you concern. You can verify that the NFTs are indeed in your wallet by connecting to external sites such as Opensea. We kindly ask for your patience while the synchronization naturally resolves.
If the resolution takes excessively long, we will consider switching to a different system.
We look forward to your continued support of the GENSO PROJECT.
