Below are the details of this update.

■ Fix for an Issue Related to NFT Purchase Processing

We have confirmed an issue where, although the purchase process (such as credit card payment) was completed, the NFT purchase itself was not finalized due to transaction conflicts.

This issue occurred when multiple purchase processes for the same NFT were initiated simultaneously, causing a processing conflict.

  • For cases where payment was completed but the NFT was not successfully purchased, we are coordinating with the relevant credit card companies to process refunds sequentially. Please rest assured.

  • As a preventive measure, this update introduces a mechanism where once a purchase process begins, the corresponding NFT will be temporarily locked, preventing other purchase attempts until the transaction is resolved.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

■ Change to the Maximum Number of NFTs That Can Be Synthesized at Once

We have also identified an issue where, if a large number of NFTs are synthesized within the same synthesis line, an error may occur when executing “Claim All”, preventing the NFTs from being received.

This is due to technical limitations of the wallet, which restrict the number of NFTs that can be processed in a single “Claim All” action.
(If the number exceeds approximately 80 NFTs, an error may occur.)

  • If you are unable to receive your NFTs, please contact our support team. We will assist you individually to ensure the NFTs are properly received.
  • To prevent recurrence, the maximum number of NFTs that can be synthesized within a single synthesis line will be limited to 80 NFTs.
