Logging in to the Closed Alpha and How to Meet Friends

On June 1st, 2022 at 17:00, the GensoKishi Closed Alpha Testing has been released to players who have the Closed Alpha Testing Tickets.

Here is a step-by-step guide of how to login and enjoy the Closed Alpha Testings.

■ Login Method for the Closed Alpha Testing

① Access the Official GensoKishi Website

② Click “START” button located at the top of the webpage.

3. Click on “Agree to the Terms of service and Connect Wallet” to proceed.

④ A MetaMask login page will appear, please type in your wallet password.
※ If you do not have the MetaMask GoogleChrome extension, please install it on your browser.

 

⑤ Click “Next” when prompt to select your MetaMask wallet.

⑥ Click “Connect” to approve the connection.

⑦ Click “Log In to the game” to enter the game.

⑧ Please select your preferred login method below:

⑨ Click “Save the Wallet address.”

⑩ Click “Sign” to approve registering your wallet address.

⑪ Click “Launch Game” to enter the Metaverse!

⑫ Please wait for the game loading to be completed.

⑬ You are now ready to play!

 

■ Region Selection

① There are 3 regions available.

② Click the top left button (selected in red in the image below).

③ Players will now be able to select the play server region they prefer to play in.

When selecting regions, the status of the server will be shown as “Vacated” “Crowded” “Very Crowded.” Players will be able to decide whether they would like to play in a region based on the amount of players in it.

 

■ Meeting Friends 

① In the GensoKishi Closed Alpha, each map has 9 copies. Players will randomly be appointed by the system, to one of the 9 maps. The following map areas have these variations:

  • Portablue Harbor
  • First Trial
  • Outset Plains
  • Training Grounds

If you would like to play with your friends during the Closed Alpha Tests, you need to have this in mind. There may be an occasion where you are all on the same map, but cannot find each other. This is due to the above copies/variations of the same map.

In order to play on the same map, players will need to first meet up at “Ateria Plains (East).”

② When traveling between Ateria Plains (W) and Ateria Plains (E), players will need to use the teleport stone. At this point, users are given the right to choose which copy/variation they want to use. 

During the Closed Alpha, this is the only point on the entire Genso Metaverse where you can change the map number. So in order to play on the same map, first meet up at the “Ateria Plains (East).”

Once you decide on a map number at “Ateria Plains (East)", no matter which map area you go to, you will always be on that map number. (Even if you log out!)
