Regarding Leaving or Transferring Guilds

Over the past few weeks, during our regular Tuesday evening meetings with our moderators, we have discussed various concerns related to the reservation system for the Defense Battle. Specifically, we addressed the disadvantages that arise when the reservation time set by one’s current guild does not align with their own available time, and the potential loss of guild coins already spent on acquiring guild skills when transferring to another guild whose Defense Battle reservations match one’s availability.
Since the Defense Battle is a feature designed to be enjoyed by collaborating with your guild members, we encourage players to resolve scheduling conflicts through communication within their guild. However, we understand the frustration of players who were unable to leave their current guild in time or who are now facing real losses due to prior investments in guild skills. As a result, for this specific case, we will offer compensation for guild coins lost during the transfer process.
Please review the following details carefully. If you understand and accept them, you may proceed with your guild transfer.
① Eligible Participants
Players who leave their guild between June 11 and June 19, 2025.
② Compensation Details
An equivalent number of guild coins to those returned upon leaving the previous guild.
③ Compensation Schedule
Compensation will be distributed between June 19 and June 20, 2025.
■ Important Notes
With the Defense Battle update on June 12, a new rule will be introduced:
“Players can only participate in a Defense Battle if at least one week has passed since joining their current guild.”
This rule is intended to prevent players from repeatedly transferring between guilds and participating multiple times in the weekly Defense Battle.
Players who complete their guild transfer before the June 12 update will not be affected. However, those who transfer to a new guild after the update will need to wait one week before they can participate in the Defense Battle.
Please take this into account when considering a guild transfer.
