[March 20] Issues Related to Guild Quests and Guild Coins

We have confirmed the following issues related to the Guild Quests released on March 20, 2025, at 5:00(UTC) and the Guild Coins obtained upon completion.

■ Regarding Guild Quests

• Quests that were originally meant to be accepted via NPCs were automatically accepted upon logging into the game (completion and reporting were possible).

•  

  If a player attempted to accept a quest without having one already, the system mistakenly recognized it as already accepted, preventing the quest from being taken.

   

We are currently investigating the cause of these two issues.

• Regarding the first issue, we have confirmed that rewards can be properly received upon quest completion.
• As for the second issue, since players were unable to accept quests on that day, we will compensate the affected users with 30 Guild Contribution Points and 1 Guild Coin at a later date. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

■Regarding Guild Coins

Between March 20, 2025, 5:00(UTC) and 6:10(UTC), the deposit fee for Guild Coins was set to 10 paid mROND instead of the correct amount of 3,000 paid mROND.

The data has been corrected, and the deposit fee has now been properly set to 3,000 paid mROND.
For those who deposited at 10 paid mROND, you may proceed with exporting as is.
