Maintenance will be conducted on April 10, 2025, from 5:00 to 10:00 (UTC) to update GensoKishi Online.
Please note that official services will not be available at this time.

■ Guild Skills Released

Guild Skills are a dedicated skill tree where more skills become available as your guild's rank increases.
You can access the Guild Skill tree from the Job Skills screen.

Please note that Guild Skills must be learned for each character individually.
If your Character Slot 1 learns a Guild Skill, it will not carry over to Character Slot 2.

Leaving a guild will reset all acquired Guild Skills and return half of the materials used.
The exact reset will occur if a guild member is forcibly removed from the guild, so please exercise caution.

■ How to Learn Guild Skills

To learn Guild Skills, the following conditions must be met:

• The guild's rank has reached the required level.

• You have already learned the preceding skills connected in the tree.

• You possess the needed materials (e.g., Guild Coins).

You can consume materials to acquire the Guild Skills if all requirements are fulfilled.

■ How to Enhance Guild Skills

Guild Skills you've already acquired can be leveled up to enhance their effects.
To do so, the following conditions must be met:

• The skill to be enhanced has already been learned.

• The guild's rank meets the required level.

• You possess the necessary materials (Guild Coins, Memory Books, various Inks).

You can consume the materials to enhance the Guild Skill if all requirements are fulfilled.

■ How to Obtain Required Materials

As announced on April 3, 2025, the current supply of Guild Coins alone is insufficient to learn and upgrade all skills.
Please note that additional materials obtainable through future content, such as Guild Defense Battles, will be necessary.

Guild Coins, not just Guild Quests, will also be available from Guild Defense Battles.
Please note the correction from our previous announcement (highlighted in red).

The following skill effects listed in the spreadsheet have been changed from fixed values to percentage values:

• Physical Critical Multi 
• Physical Critical Hit Rate
• Magic Critical Multi
• Magic Critical Hit Rate

■ 5 Bag Slots Added for All Users

• To accommodate increased item drops like cooking and potion materials during the early and mid-game,
  we will add 5 extra bag slots for all users.

■ Smartphone Version Operation Update

• We are adding a new "Easy" mode with controls similar to the PC version for smartphone users.
  After the update, "Easy" mode will be set as the default.
  If you prefer the previous control scheme, please go to [Settings > Opreration > Control Type] and select "Tra-con" mode.

■ Other Updates

• We will reduce the number of duplicate early-game maps.

• The Parallel Transfer Stone that switches channels will be removed from the Starting Plains.
