In Gensokishi Online, we offer a UGC (User Generated Content) feature that allows players to freely design, submit, and trade in-game items.
However, we kindly ask that all users carefully read and understand the following points before creating or purchasing UGC items.
■ Important Notice Regarding Copyright
When creating or submitting UGC items, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
・Using characters, logos, names, or designs that are owned by third parties without proper authorization
・Submitting designs that clearly imitate existing works
・Using materials or data with commercial restrictions
If we determine that an item violates copyright laws, we may take actions such as removing the item, disabling its display, or invalidating its associated NFT upon request from the copyright holder or relevant authorities.
■ To Buyers
Even if a UGC item is purchased as an NFT, if a copyright infringement is later confirmed,
we may be required to remove or disable the item regardless of the buyer's intent.
In such cases, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements, so please review the design and creator information carefully and make your purchase at your own discretion.
■ Guidelines for Creators and Buyers
・Creators: Please ensure that your design is original and does not infringe upon third-party rights
・Buyers: Please verify that the item does not appear to infringe any copyright before purchase
・If you are unsure about any content, please contact our support team in advance
