Regarding the Defense Battle reservation screen, we will adjust it to make reservation times clearer.

■ About the Defense Battle Reservation Screen

Previously, the reservation screen displayed times based on UTC, with the local time noted below.
However, it was unclear which time was UTC, so we're making the following adjustments:

  • Add UTC indicator to reservation screen times.
  • Add "local" indicator to local times.

※We've already applied the fixes to the WebGL version only.
　Fixes for the iOS/Android will be implemented during the maintenance on June 19th.

■ About Compensation for Reservation Fee

We'll be providing compensation for Reservation Fee to Guild that unintentionally booked a defense battle at an unintended time due to this recent update and then canceled it.
If you'd like to request compensation, please apply for the Reservation Fee compensation via our official website's CONTACT.
Make sure to clearly state the date and time you canceled your reservation.

Compensation eligibility: Guilds that canceled reservations by 04:00 AM (UTC) on June 19th and submitted their application before the maintenance begins.
Compensation amount: 150,000mR (will be added to the Guild Fund).
<Added on 10:15(UTC)> Compensation will be provided for each cancellation made.

※Please note that each Guild can submit a compensation application only once.
※Compensation will be processed sequentially on business days.
