Regarding an Issue Occurring in Certain Towers

Due to adjustments made in the update on June 12 concerning the behavior of statue monsters in the Tower of Rain Calamity, we have identified an issue where statue monsters are appearing on floors where they previously did not spawn. This issue has affected the Tower of Deluge Scourge,Shine Claw Tower, and Apeiros Pyrgos.

As a temporary measure, the NPCs for the affected towers have been disabled, and entry to these towers is currently restricted.

Our team is actively investigating the matter and is working towards resolving it through an emergency maintenance scheduled for later today.

In light of this, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask that players refrain from making Guild Defense Battle reservations today, if possible, until 10:00 (UTC) following the release of this notice.
If your guild has already made a reservation during the anticipated maintenance period, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Furthermore, for players who attempted the Event Tower between the end of yesterday’s maintenance and the start of today’s emergency maintenance, we will be compensating the equivalent amount of paid mROND to your in-game bank.

Once the exact maintenance time has been determined, we will provide a follow-up announcement.
