[April 10] Notice of Known Issues and Emergency Maintenance

Thank you for playing GensoKishi Online.
Following the update on April 10, 2025, we have confirmed two issues:

• An issue where the required materials are displayed as less than necessary when attempting to learn multiple levels of a guild skill at once
• An issue where some maps cannot be selected when trying to change maps

The issue related to map transitions will be fixed through emergency maintenance scheduled for April 11, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 (UTC).
The issue related to the incorrect display of required materials for guild skills will be addressed in the next app update.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Details of the issues are as follows:

■Incorrect display of required materials when attempting to learn multiple levels of a guild skill at once

• When trying to learn several levels of an unacquired guild skill, the confirmation screen only displays the cost for the final level.
  For example, when upgrading from Lv1 to Lv5, only the cost from Lv4 to Lv5 is displayed.

*Please note: this is a display-only issue, and the correct amount of materials will still be consumed.
*If your guild rank increases but is not reflected on the guild skill screen, please try re-logging.

■Some maps cannot be selected when attempting to change maps

• When moving from Portablue Harbor to Kalhari Shore, "Kalhari Shore 2" and "Kalhari Shore 3" cannot be selected

• "Portablue Harbor 3" server is currently inactive, and cannot be accessed
