[Follow-up] Regarding Effect Application in GENSO UGC Model Viewer

This is a follow-up to our previous announcement, "Regarding effect settings in GENSO UGC Model Preview".

Update on GENSO MAKER and Announcement Regarding UGC Equipment with Effects

It has been observed in the GENSO UGC Model Viewer that:
 - The position and angle of effects set in the GENSO UGC Model Viewer are displayed differently when imported into the game.
The cause and solution are as follows:

■ Cause of the Issue

In GENSO MAKER, sample data is provided as a template for creating UGC equipment, listed below:

ugc_equip_sample_configuration

The issue was caused by changes made to the "ugc_item_root" setting within this sample data.

 - The setting for "ugc_item_root" is not at its default value
 - "ugc_item_root" does not exist
Applying effects in the GENSO UGC Model Viewer to model data in either of these states will cause the issue.

■ Solution

- Please refer again to the " GensoKishi UGC Equipment 3D Model Production Guide line " for how to proceed with model data production.
- Please do not change the "ugc_item_root" setting.
*Although the numbers are locked, it is possible to delete or unlock and change the numbers. Please be cautious.
- The UGC check tool (Unity) will not experience this issue, so if you have any concerns, please verify and adjust your settings there.

We will continue to explore ways to enable verification in the GENSO UGC Model Viewer similar to the UGC check tool (Unity), but for now, we would appreciate it if you could comply with the above solutions.

Furthermore, starting with version 1.2.1, if there are changes to "ugc_item_root", the GENSO UGC Model Viewer will now display a message during model data loading to indicate that effects may not be set correctly.
Displayed message: If you edit or delete 'ugc_item_root', the position and appearance of effects and equipment will not be reflected properly.
