[GensoKishi x Ledger] Information about delivery of “Ledger Nano X” Hard Wallet

Regarding our recently released collaboration item with Ledger announced here, it has come to our attention that some of the "Ledger Nano X" Hard Wallets have been accidentally shipped in a different design package rather than the one originally announced.

We will send out follow-up information and confirmation of receivable via email to those who have already received their products, but until we can get a better understanding of the situation, we have decided to temporarily suspend all future fulfillments at this time.

We are currently in communication with Ledger to determine the status of the situation, and will provide further information as soon as the situation and future actions are decided.

Please be assured that the pending fulfillment does not mean that hard wallet trade ticket NFT holders will lose their rights to receive their hard wallets.

Although delivery may be delayed, the admin team at GensoKishi will take full responsibility regarding this issue and we will deliver the item as promised.
