Scheduled Maintenance for December 2nd

First and foremost, we would like to thank all of the players who have been participating in GensoKishi Online from the 1st day of the official launch.

We would also like to to apologize at this time for the inconvenience that has been caused by the various issues since the game’s release.

In order to fix these issues, we will be performing the following scheduled system maintenance:

■ Maintenance Date:
December 2, 2022, 13:00-16:00 (UTC+8)

■ Maintenance being serviced at this time:

  • Fixing a bug that causes an error and force quit when a system message appeared in the center of the screen while playing in the traditional Chinese version on PC.
  • Fixing a bug where the skill contents of some Cosplay Gear aren’t displaying correctly in the item display screen.
  • Fixing the skill effect for the Yoshitaka Amano collaboration NFT "Dark Knight" from the current skill (Lower Dark Resist) to the correct skill (Lower Light Resist).

■ The following bugs that we are aware of but will not be addressed at this time:

  • Bug that prevents the players to continue proceeding when processing NFT imports.

  • Bug that prevents the players to continue proceeding when processing ROND and MV imports.

  • Bug that prevents the players to continue proceeding when exporting mROND as ROND.

  • Gear CND repairs are currently available only to repair for the full 100% instead of in % increments. Costs for repair will be currently be charged for the full 100% repair price.

  • The repair cost of Yoshitaka Amano’s collaboration NFTs are currently at 1/7 of the intended price.


■ Misc Announcement

  • Items to conduct Status Reset and Skill Reset are currently unavailable, but will be sold in the GENSO Marketplace at a later date.

Please be aware that during the time of the scheduled system maintenance, users will not be able to launch the game.

Please make sure to log out of the game before we conduct the system maintenance.

If you are an user who have conducted and import/export of either NFTs, ROND, or MV and are currently stuck in the “Processing” screen, please contact us here with your wallet address and your transaction ID.

* We are currently receiving many support inquiries and are responding accordingly. Please understand that it may take up to one business day for some of the restoration process to be completed.
