Notice: Methods to clear pending transactions

We have received numerous inquiries from customers regarding NFT import/export processing delays, also known as transaction congestion.
Previously, our team handled these issues manually.
However, following the recent maintenance, we have implemented a system improvement that will automatically resolve some of these cases.

If a transaction for an in-game item import/export gets stuck, the system will automatically cancel any uninitiated transactions after about one hour.
Please try accessing it again after an hour has passed.

This new system allows customers to resolve transaction congestion issues faster than if they were to contact support.
However, depending on the specific circumstances, some stuck transactions may not be automatically canceled after one hour. In such cases, we kindly ask that you contact us for assistance.
