As stated in the announcement below, if you wish to receive a refund, please send the NFT back by following the specified procedure.

As previously announced, we had planned to issue the cryptocurrency "JN Token" by March 2025. However, due to the current lack of clarity regarding the timeline, we have decided to accept refund requests from users who made early purchases.

In the previous notice, we stated that "all users who made early purchases would receive a full refund." However, after further consideration, we understand that some users may prefer to continue holding the NFT until the token is issued. Therefore, we will change the refund process to a request-based system.

We sincerely apologize to those who were looking forward to the token issuance and appreciate your understanding.

■ Refund Procedure

1. Connect the wallet containing the eligible NFT to the GENSO Marketplace
2. Access "My Inventory" while the Jan-Navi menu is open
3. Select the applicable NFT and click the "Transfer" button
4. Specify the following wallet address as the recipient, enter the quantity, agree to the terms, and confirm the transfer

For each eligible NFT, 100 USDT (Pol) will be refunded to the wallet address used for the transfer.

If you prefer to wait for the JN Token issuance, you do not need to transfer the NFT.
