[GENSO Metaverse] Details regarding LAND ＆ UGC

We are excited to announce new details of the GENSO Metaverse concept and its roadmap for the future. GENSO plans to provide a variety of services in the Metaverse, and today we would like to present our current plans for "LAND" and "UGC," which will play a central role in the services provided.

LAND is our basic term for property in the Metaverse, which can be purchased and built upon. We plan to provide extensive tools that will allow anyone to easily simulate 3D assets for UGC production. Corporations will also be able to showcase their presence (purchase) on various LAND. As for future plans, we plan to increase the asset values of the LAND available within the Metaverse by attracting national corporations and other famous content (IP), which will increase asset value and are considering systemizing a way for LAND owners to monetize on their properties.

Additionally, the following services will be developed in the "GENSO" Metaverse:

・ Housing
Users can obtain ownership rights for their house in the Metaverse. This allows user to invite people from around the world at any time to show case their homes. Users will also be able to place various NFTs in their homes, which allows players to create and display their individual style & taste by placing various furniture NFTs in their own home. Furnitures will not get old, and therefore can be sold as antique items.

・ Anime & Events
Various animated characters (IP) will be a part of the “GENSO" world.

・ Art
Digital art NFTs can be showcased in various parts of the Metaverse. You can display digital art NFTs in your own LAND and host private exhibitions.

・ E-commerce & Logistics
Users will have the ability to purchase e-commerce products that are shipped around the world within the Metaverse. This also allows the possibility of transferring ownership rights of products purchased on e-commerce channels to other people as digital data without actually having to receiving the physical items. In GENSO, all products available within the Metaverse can be purchased with cryptocurrencies.

・ Tourism & Culture
Real world cities and famous tourist attractions can be realized and recreated within the Metaverse. Users will be able to experience local specialties and limited NFTs available only within the specific locations.

・ Entertainment
Concerts, talk shows, and other events will also be held within the GENSO Metaverse. By taking on the appearance of an avatar, users can communicate with their fans without having to go through the hassle of preparing for a real-world physical event.

・ Real Estate
Real-life properties and plots of land in the physical world can be linked to what is available within the Metaverse. Model homes and property viewings can be reproduced in the Metaverse, and users can live in the real-estate they have purchased. For example, players can manage their assets in various ways, such as living in the real-life physical properties and renting out the same properties within the Metaverse.

・ Game
Users will be able to create their own RPG world by obtaining LAND. Perhaps a sequel to a famous RPG will be developed in this world. Users can also share NFTs with other Blockchain games, and have NFTs come onboard. Previously, if a game ended their service, all of the user’s data would have been wiped, but within the Metaverse, it can be preserved as an NFT asset.

Along with this update, we have also updated our development roadmap. LAND sales and other features were previously planned to be released on October 2022, but we have adjusted our schedule to December 2022. Please refer to the latest WhitePaper (Lite) for more details.
