Regarding Compensation for the Inaccessible ROND Ore Pool

As previously announced, during the period between 11:00 and 12:10 (JST) on April 22, 2025, ROND ores did not drop even when monsters were defeated. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We would like to inform you that we have provided compensation to players who defeated monsters during the above-mentioned period.

■ How the Compensation Amount Was Calculated

  • We estimated the amount of ROND ores that would have dropped if all monsters defeated during the target period had dropped ROND ores.
  • The drop rate of ROND ores based on each user’s equipped fashion items during that period was referenced.
  • By multiplying the above two factors, we calculated the expected ROND ore acquisition amount and treated it as the compensation amount. ※ If the resulting compensation was less than 1 ROND, it was excluded from compensation. We appreciate your understanding.

■ Method of Compensation

ROND was sent to the wallet address linked to the user's Gensokishi Online account. (If only an MV Wallet is linked, that wallet was used.)

We would also like to report that a total of 61,063 ROND was distributed to 191 users as compensation.
