October 24: Maintenance

Thank you for playing Gensokishi Online.

We will conduct maintenance for Gensokishi Online on October 24, 2024, from 5:00 to 9:00 UTC.
During this time, the game will be unavailable to play.

The details of the maintenance are as follows:

■ Start of the Second Half of the Halloween Event

We will start selling limited-time items, including various Halloween cakes that transform the player's appearance into a monster and Halloween party items that transform the appearance of all party members into monsters.
Please note that transformation items will be treated separately from food items.

Right after we finish our maintenance and until October 31, 2024, there will be a Halloween parade at 3:00, 10:00, 12:00, and 15:00 (UTC). Please join the parade with friends and guild members!
Location: Elrond Mall & Colkia Village (Halloween)
The final parade will be held on October 31, 2024, at 15:00 (UTC).

Additionally, the following Halloween events will conclude with this maintenance.

  • The Halloween Puyon and Pumpkin Djinn will no longer appear in various locations.
  • The summoning stone for Colkia Village (Halloween) will be removed.
    *For those who have not yet reported their quests, 'Joma' will remain available.
  • The sale of the summoning item 'Pumpkin Head' will be discontinued.

■ Halloween Screenshot Contest

We will hold two screenshot contests: one for UGC (User-Generated Content) submissions and another for general submissions.
The contest period is from 9:00 on October 24, 2024 (UTC) until 5:00 on November 1, 2024 (UTC).

■ Guild Feature Updates

  • A new feature to toggle the display of guild icons via the settings menu.
  • The total amount of contributions to the guild fund will be displayed in the guild fund usage history screen.
  • The fund consumption history from the guild shop will also be displayed in the guild fund usage history screen.
  • The posting time will now be displayed in the guild chat log.

■ Other Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the burst gauge animation would stop midway if a burst skill was used the moment a second burst gauge was filled while one gauge was already full.
  • Fixed an issue where, upon pressing the cancel button on the guild fund deposit confirmation screen while using a gamepad, the screen would return to the guild top page.
  • Fixed an issue where, when a character's appearance was changed by a monster's skill, viewing that character’s profile would not display their appearance model (PC version only; this issue had already been resolved for the Android/iOS app versions).
  • Fixed an issue where the text "Friend Chat" would appear in the log mode toggle instead of the friend's name when sending a friend chat.
  • Fixed an issue where the friend lists for the Japan and Singapore regions were not syncing properly.
