To celebrate Gensokishi Online's second anniversary, we are proud to announce the GENKI project, which will bring a new experience that blends Eastern cultural wisdom with the Web3 community.

The Cultural Significance of "Genki"
In Japanese culture, "元気" (genki) is a greeting and a blessing filled with vitality and hope. When people ask "元気ですか" (Genki desu ka? / Are you well?), they are expressing concern for one's health, vitality, and spirit.

GENKI derives its name from Gensokishi and inherits the cultural essence of "元気," creating a token ecosystem where people can transmit positive energy to each other, ultimately flowing to every corner of the world.

The GENKI Way: Three Pillars Inspired by Japanese "Wa" Culture
GENKI's spiritual core is deeply inspired by the Japanese "和" (Wa) culture, which represents harmony, balance, and mutual respect. Based on this concept, we have established three core principles:

  1. 自然を敬う (Respect Nature) - Respecting the more extensive system, understanding that one is part of the ecosystem rather than attempting to dominate it. This embodies the concept of living in harmony with nature in Japanese culture, such as the reverence for all natural things in Shintoism. In the GENKI ecosystem, we respect the natural laws of the market and the community's common interests.

  2. 分をわきまえる (Know Your Place) - Understanding one's position and responsibilities. This reflects the "分" (bun) emphasised in Japanese society, where everyone should understand and respect their social role. In the GENKI system, each holder clearly understands their cultivation level and growth path, moving forward steadily.

  3. 力を与え合う (Share Strength)—Sharing strength and receiving feedback. This originates from the Japanese spirit of "結" (yui), mutual assistance, which emphasises mutual support among community members. GENKI's unique sharing reward mechanism transforms energy giving into an even greater return.

Together, these three principles form the cultural cornerstone of GENKI, embodying the spirit of Japanese "Wa" culture in the modern digital economy.

A Reward Token Merging Culture and Gamification
In today's crypto world, hundreds of new tokens are born daily, yet most lack cultural depth and spiritual value. The birth of GENKI has special significance; it redefines the essence of tokens by perfectly integrating the core spirits of Web3 - holding (HODL) and sharing (SHARE), giving the gamified token system cultural connotations.
